3. Quotations and Payments
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
• Payments are due as outlined in your invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Warranties and Liability
• We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing issues or misuse of equipment after service completion.
6. Customer Responsibilities
• You agree to provide clear access to the premises and ensure all necessary approvals or consents are obtained prior to service.
• You must notify us of any known hazards or risks at the service location.
7. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our Services.
